Mr. MacDougall

I have known Mr. Wilson for many years and can recommend him highly. His academic qualifications speak for themselves, in addition he is a real live wire. He has unlimited mental and physical energy and his relations with his pupils in school and his students in the University have always been very happy. I think he has travelled extensively in Europe and I know he has always had a yen to see our part of the world. It is true he knows nothing about China and the Chinese but he is very diplomatic and will soon learn.
